2、活动热点炒作:运营日常做的很大一部分是活动运营,活动运营的好坏直接影响社区的影响力,这其中需要炒作功底,到底什么样的热点和帖子容易被炒火,用户愿意去点去看,这都需要积累。说到底,运营是个实战的活,能火一天是一天,要充分利用每个新闻热点做炒作,快速执行中达到目标。

3、数据敏感性:产品经理和运营经理一样,都需要对数据十分敏感,怎么分析数据,如何指导产品的运营。一句话,数据能帮你决定很多事情。真正利用好数据的人,不管做产品还是做运营,都没有问题。我就会经常拿数据去考核这个人对运营的sense,适不适合,看看怎么对待数据就知道了。
