食品经营许可证
一般淘宝个人店铺，在售卖预包装食品时应当办理食品经营许可证。
食品生产许可证适用于一定生产规模的企业，对企业的生产设备，规模，条件要求都比较高，而且必须经市级市场监督管理部门人员现场核查，核查通过后才能核发。
一般个人店铺是不用办食品生产许可证的。

Generally, Taobao personal stores should apply for a food business license when selling pre-packaged food.
Food production licenses are applicable to enterprises with a certain production scale. They have relatively high requirements for the production equipment, scale, and conditions of the enterprise, and must be verified on-site by personnel from the municipal market supervision and management department. Only after the verification is passed can it be issued.
Generally, personal stores do not need to apply for food production licenses.
