If you do not buy after the successful bidding of Taobao auction, the auction deposit will be paid to the seller.

The Taobao auction process is as follows:

1. Pay the deposit

2. Bid and bid

3. Bid successfully

4. Pay the money

5. Complete the receipt

Step 1: Pay the deposit

①Log in to the Taobao auction page: select your favorite product, and click the "Register and pay deposit" button in the product details;

②Agree to the auction service agreement, and you will see the reminder of the amount of auction deposit to be paid (auction deposit introduction). After confirming that the information is correct, click "Confirm" to jump to the Alipay payment page.

Confirm the payment after checking that the information is correct, and the deposit will be locked in your account

Step 2: Bid and bid

①Return to the product page, enter the bid amount, and click the "Bid" button to confirm the bid. You can also set a proxy bid amount

② During the auction process, you can click on the bid record on the product page to view your bid. The bid record changes all the time and needs to be refreshed from time to time

The highest bidder takes the lead, and the bidder with the lowest bid is eliminated. The eliminated bidder can bid again.

Step 3: Successful bidding

① If the bid is ranked first within 2 minutes before the end of the auction and no other user continues to bid, the item will be obtained. Please complete the payment within 72 hours, otherwise the system will automatically close the transaction and the auction deposit will be paid to the seller.

Step 4: Pay the price

① In "My Taobao>>My Auctions>>My Auction Orders", find the auctioned item and pay the price with Alipay.

Step 5: Complete the receipt of goods

① After paying the price, the subsequent process is the same as the product purchase process. You only need to wait for the seller to ship the goods. When you receive the auction items, you must check them carefully. If there are no problems, confirm the receipt;

② According to Taobao rules and the requirements of the new Consumer Protection Law for 7-day returns, orphan products are not required to support 7-day no-reason returns. Most auctions are orphan products. Whether to support 7-day no-reason returns is an optional service guarantee for sellers. Please consider it carefully before purchasing.
