1. User management is a basic task in operating WeChat public accounts. Log in to the public account and find "Management-User Management" and click.

2. Enter the user management page and you can see the people who have followed the public account. You can click "New Tag" and then classify the fans into this tag.

3. In the pop-up new tag dialog box, enter the tag name and click "OK". You can see the furniture tag on the right.

4. Under all users, select one or more users to add to the corresponding tag.

5. Click "Tag" above, which changes from gray to black. In the pop-up tag options, select "Furniture" and click OK. The two fans will be classified into furniture.

6. You can also select fans first, then click "Tag" to classify fans into a certain tag. If there is no selection in the tag, you can click "New Tag" below, enter the tag name and click Add. Click OK to classify fans into the tag.

7. When managing users, if a tag is inappropriate, you can click on the tag listed on the right and click to name or delete it. For some fans you don’t like, you can put them on the blacklist.
