(i) The developer of the application should have a Taobao account and the account should be bound to an Alipay account that has passed real-name authentication;

(ii) The name, content, domain name, etc. of the application shall not contain any information that violates national laws and regulations, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the operation order of Taobao;

(iii) The application function must be related to Taobao business and must call the TOP interface;

(iv) The same application shall not be submitted repeatedly;

(v) The description of the application function shall comply with the requirements of the Taobao Open Platform, and the application function, interface design and application help system shall be complete and shall not affect user use;

(vi) The application must provide an exit function to support user code uninstallation;

(vii) Non-actual transaction information other than Taobao Alliance and related application recommendation information of non-Taobao Open Platform applications shall not appear in the application;

(viii) The application must comply with the "Third-Party Application Security Specification" and implement TOP sign certification;

(ix) The application shall not contain functions for obtaining and analyzing user privacy data or providing industry intelligence;

(10) The application shall implement the function of Taobao users not needing to log in;

(11) Paid applications shall adopt the unified charging system of Taobao;

(12) Without the authorization of the user and the official consent of Taobao, the application shall not contain functions that harass the user in any form;
