3. Marketing director: Marketing and sales are two concepts; generally, the marketing director manages both the market and sales. However, the job titles of many companies are not standardized, and the sales director may be called the marketing director. The sales director is usually responsible for the sales of a specific real estate project. It can be held by someone from the company or by a local sales company with more strength. Its responsibilities are to explore the selling points of the specific real estate project, cooperate with the head office to carry out real estate publicity planning, advertising, and promotion, use various promotional methods to sell based on the company's guiding price, and help the company collect payments to achieve profitability.

4. The sales director is a company position, and its responsibilities are to be responsible for the entire sales department. The sales director is an executor and should also be a decision maker, so that the sales director's market dominance and rapid market response capabilities can be fully reflected. If the boss of the company is a strategic decision maker, the marketing director is the commander and practitioner of policy formulation and tactical application. Even more often, the latter assumes the role of decision maker because they are closer to the market and understand the market better.
