  (d) Have a Taobao account, complete Alipay enterprise real-name authentication, and the corresponding account has no Taobao store record;

  (e) Deposit 100,000 yuan in full as required by the platform Deposit (if you have also settled in the Alibaba Creation Platform as an MCN agency and paid the deposit in full, you can be exempted from payment after applying to the platform and being approved);

  (VI) Have certain experience in Taobao live broadcast agency operation:

  1. Sign a real and valid live broadcast agency operation business contract with at least 2 Taobao platform merchants, and the comprehensive data of the live broadcast during the service period (live broadcast frequency and duration, fan stay time, etc.) is good;

  2. Have the team, hardware equipment, live broadcast room and other infrastructure required to provide live broadcast operation services.

  2. Audit requirements

  (I) Those with rich experience in brand merchant operation will be given priority for review;

  (II) Those who have successfully created a talent anchor account and become a mid-level or above anchor MCN agency will be given priority for review;

  (III) Companies with strong overall comprehensive merchant service capabilities will be given priority for review.
