The meeting interpreted the professional skill level standards for online store operation and promotion, expounded the impact of new technologies, new formats and new models on professional skills, analyzed the primary, intermediate and advanced professional skill levels and their corresponding job groups and ability requirements, and explained the primary supplement, intermediate reinforcement and advanced expansion of online store operation and promotion; explained the pilot work of the professional skill level certificate for online store operation and promotion, and gave a systematic and comprehensive explanation of teacher training, credit bank construction, and how to integrate books and certificates for various majors.
