淘宝小二是阿里巴巴集团淘宝网服务客服团体的总称,一般叫做淘宝小二,店小二。
淘宝小二分为机器智能小二和人工智能小二:
机器智能小二是淘宝智能问答系统,根据用户输入的关键词从数据库中检索匹配内容并提供给用户。
人工智能小二是淘宝公司的在职上班人员,我们大部分时候接触到的小二有两种:
一种是分管不同官方活动,服务的小二,如分管无线卖家运营的小二,阿里旺旺上以橙黄色标志作为标识。
另一种是在线人工客服,在淘宝服务中心-联系客服-联系在线客服处可排队并接入客服
小二并不是指具体的一个人,而是淘宝内部从事该服务类管理类工作部门人员的代称,各个小二的具体工作就无从深入得知。
