第一条【适用范围】适用于使用淘宝网评价工具的淘宝网卖家和买家。

第二条【评价时间】买卖双方可基于真实的交易在交易成功后15天内发布与交易商品或服务相关的信息,开展相互评价。

第三条【评价组成】淘宝网的评价包括“店铺评分”和“信用评价”。淘宝店铺评分(即店铺DSR)由买家对卖家评出,如对商品或服务的质量、服务态度、物流等方面的评分指标。信用评价由买卖双方互评,包括“信用积分”和“评论内容”。

第四条【店铺评分逻辑】每项店铺评分均为动态指标,系此前连续6个月内所有评分的平均值。

每个自然月,相同买、卖家之间交易,淘宝店铺评分仅计取前3次。店铺评分一旦作出,无法修改。

第五条【信用积分逻辑】在信用评价中,评价人若给予好评,则被评价人信用积分加1分;若给予差评,则减1分;若给予中评或15天内双方均未评价,则信用积分不变。若评价人给予好评而对方未在15天内给其评价,则评价人信用积分加1分。

相同买、卖家任意14天内就同一商品多笔交易产生的多个好评只加1分、多个差评只减1分。每个自然月,相同买、卖家之间交易,双方增加的信用积分均不超过6分。

第六条【追加评论】自交易成功之日起180天(含)内,买家可在作出信用评价后追加评论,内容不得修改,也不影响卖家信用积分。

第七条【评价解释】被评价人可在评价人作出评论内容或追评内容之时起的30天内作出解释。

第八条【评价修改】评价人可在作出中、差评后的30天内,对信用评价进行一次修改或删除。

第九条【特殊逻辑】淘宝网可基于消费者体验、卖家经营及平台运营需要,调整淘宝网评价工具适用范围或相关计算逻辑,并将提前通知会员。

Article 1 [Scope of Application] Applicable to Taobao sellers and buyers who use Taobao evaluation tools.

Article 2 [Evaluation Time] Buyers and sellers can publish information related to the traded goods or services within 15 days after the transaction is successful based on real transactions and conduct mutual evaluation.

Article 3 [Evaluation Composition] Taobao's evaluation includes "store rating" and "credit evaluation". Taobao store ratings (i.e. store DSR) are rated by buyers on sellers, such as rating indicators for the quality, service attitude, logistics, etc. of goods or services. Credit evaluation is evaluated by buyers and sellers, including "credit points" and "comment content".

Article 4 [Store Rating Logic] Each store rating is a dynamic indicator, which is the average of all ratings in the previous 6 consecutive months.

Each natural month, for transactions between the same buyer and seller, Taobao store ratings are only counted for the first 3 times. Once a store rating is made, it cannot be modified.

Article 5 [Logic of Credit Points] In the credit evaluation, if the evaluator gives a favorable review, the credit points of the person being evaluated will be increased by 1 point; if a negative review is given, 1 point will be deducted; if a neutral review is given or neither party evaluates within 15 days, the credit points will remain unchanged. If the evaluator gives a favorable review and the other party does not evaluate him within 15 days, the credit points of the evaluator will be increased by 1 point.

Multiple favorable reviews generated by multiple transactions of the same product within any 14 days by the same buyer and seller will only increase 1 point, and multiple negative reviews will only deduct 1 point. In each natural month, for transactions between the same buyer and seller, the credit points added by both parties shall not exceed 6 points.

Article 6 [Additional Comments] Within 180 days (inclusive) from the date of successful transaction, the buyer may add additional comments after making a credit evaluation. The content shall not be modified and will not affect the seller's credit points.

Article 7 [Explanation of Evaluation] The person being evaluated may explain the content of the comment or follow-up review within 30 days from the time when the evaluator makes the comment or follow-up review.

Article 8 [Evaluation Modification] The evaluator can modify or delete the credit evaluation once within 30 days after making a neutral or negative evaluation.

Article 9 [Special Logic] Taobao can adjust the scope of application of Taobao's evaluation tools or related calculation logic based on consumer experience, seller management and platform operation needs, and will notify members in advance.
