Requirements for express delivery transportation:
1. The sender delivering express delivery and the express delivery business receiving express delivery shall comply with the provisions of Article 24 of the Postal Law of the People's Republic of China on prohibiting or restricting the delivery of items.
2. When receiving express mail, express delivery companies shall inspect the contents in accordance with the provisions of the Postal Law of the People's Republic of China and make inspection marks. If the sender refuses to inspect, the express delivery company shall not accept the mail.
3. If an express delivery company finds that the sender has sent prohibited items, it shall refuse to accept the mail; if it finds that there are suspected prohibited items in the mail it has received, it shall immediately stop sorting, transporting and delivering. For items in express mail that should be confiscated or destroyed according to law or that may involve illegal crimes, express delivery companies shall immediately report to the relevant departments and cooperate in the investigation and handling.
