If the items you bought on Taobao arrive and you are not at home to sign for them, you can choose to leave them at a nearby Cainiao Station, or you can choose to have the courier (the courier who delivered the package that day) leave them at a courier locker close to your home. If neither of these options are available, then have the courier take them back to the delivery point and pick them up when you return.
