分析数据找出问题
淘宝运营人员每天上班的第一件事情就是分析数据并找出问题。分析数据不仅仅局限于自己店铺的数据,还有竞品的数据。因为只有对比才能发现问题,如果只是横向对比自己的产品的数据是远远不够的,也会被欺骗。比如你今天的转化率是1.2%,昨天1.1%,乍一看转化率有所提高,但是要跟市场去对比,如果市场的数据提升了,那么你的就不算提高,如果市场的数据提高的比你多,反而你的差了。
1、分析市场大盘数据
统计大盘的流量、收藏加购、转化率,这里主要是流量,因为收藏加购以及转化率在市场大盘的数据水分太大,不做参考。我们主要看的大盘的流量是涨还是跌,通过大盘流量数据判断自己的流量是涨了还是跌了。
2、分析自己产品数据
分析自己的产品数据,就需要多维去分析。不管是免费流量还是付费流量,不管是搜索渠道还是推荐渠道,有多少分析多少。比如,发现单品流量同比昨天出现了下滑,那么就要清楚知道是什么渠道的流量出现了下滑。知道了那个渠道的流量出现了下滑,在正对性地分析什么原因造成的下滑。找到问题才能解决问题。
