都是老板的错。

通过不断换工作,以原公司为跳板,达到想要的职位。
今天在这家公司做运营助理,待了半年或者一年,了解这个类别的基本运营流程,离开公司。
直接在下一家公司申请运营,说自己独立运营了某个品类一年,从多少销售做到了多少销售。工作一段时间后,积累了足够的项目经验,离职;
下一家公司直接申请运营主管,吹嘘自己在前一家公司参与了一个重大项目(其实是他帮忙上传的宝贝。)然后重复上一家公司操作。
当你攒够了项目代言,你就敢直接面试下一家公司的运营总监。
如果你脚踏实地地积累项目经验,你实际上会成长得很快,很有实力。
然而,许多操作都是为了贴金而使用的,他们的思想根本没有放在技术和经验的沉淀上。混了一波简历就会离职的人很多。
因此,电子商务运营的周转率非常高。
而即使有真正的操作水平,也会选择好的木材和栖息地。
当一个公司能给经营带来的价值远远低于经营本身创造的价值时,对方自然要离开。
但是,这是发展和选择的问题,任何行业都存在。
所以回到原来的观点,没有流失率高的行业,只有流失率高的企业。

When the value a company can bring to the operation is far lower than the value created by the operation itself, the other party will naturally leave.
However, this is a problem of development and selection, which exists in any industry.
