Shaoxing is unified into one. According to the unified deployment of the Shaoxing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the integration of the three districts of public transportation is progressing in an orderly manner. The former Shaoxing Shangyu District Public Transportation Co., Ltd. was officially renamed "Shaoxing Public Transportation Group Shangyu Co., Ltd."; the former Shaoxing Keqiao District Urban and Rural Public Transportation Development Co., Ltd. was officially renamed "Shaoxing Public Transportation Group Keqiao Co., Ltd.". In recent years, the Shaoxing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have placed public transportation in the first place in the integrated development of transportation in the three districts. In accordance with the principles of "people-oriented, development for the benefit of the people, government-led, enterprise-based, asset integration, state-owned and public-operated, urban-rural linkage, and cooperative sharing", through "one integration" and "four unifications", that is, on the basis of the completion of the nationalization of public transportation enterprises in the city and district, the public transportation enterprises in the three districts are integrated, the people-friendly policies, line network planning, information platforms and service assessments are unified, and the planning, construction, operation and management of the three districts of public transportation are integrated with assets as the link, and efforts are made to improve the overall development level of public transportation in the city and district. The integration of urban and rural public transportation will lay a new foundation for the resource sharing and coordinated development of public transportation in Shaoxing City and Keqiao District and Shangyu District.
