面试运营助理应该注意:
一、了解群面群体面试是由若干面试官和若干求职者组成,一般会由面试官出一个主题,然后让求职者成为一个小组,对该主题进行讨论,轮流或者自由发言,说出自己对该主题的想法建议等等。面试官则对求职者观察,选出企业更青睐的人才。所以群面的重点就是就是获得面试官的注意力,并且得到他们的欣赏。
二、注意仪表 参加群面时要衣着正式一些,并且要整洁,注意不要弯腰驼背。最好面带微笑,并且注意礼貌,向面试官问好握手等。
三、进入主题状态 面试开始后,拿到面试官给的题目后要迅速进入设定状态,比如我曾经接到的题目:你是一架在海岛失事飞机的幸存者,若何逃生?我就迅速进入这个角色,这样想的问题也就更准确贴合。然后真正设身处地的积极去思考解决策略。
四、讨论时的角色 在求职者小组讨论时,一般是无领导小组讨论,也就是在讨论前,每个求职者预先并没有给定角色,但是随着讨论深入,每个人性格的不同,会自然而言的出现领导者,第二领导者,记录着,建议者,沉默者等种种身份。注意的是,不要成为那个沉默者,如果整个面试下来就说了一两句话或者没说话,那出局是肯定的了。
五、发言技巧 发言时要积极,求职者是竞争关系,群面时虽然表面上是一个小组,但每个人想的都是让自己脱颖而出,所以想到发言内容时要立刻说出来,甚至有时候要抢过话头,不然很有可能你有话想说却没机会说。另外发言不在多,而在精。如果听了其他人发言内容你觉得不合理时,立刻说出你的想法,这时很容易获得面试官注意。观点要与众不同,别人想不到的你想到了,那你自然就获得面试官注意了。
六、自信 发言时要自信,不要唯唯诺诺,表现出自己的紧张与不自信。大方大胆的说出你的观点,其实面试官不一定在乎你说的对不对,而是在于你整个人的风范和一个态度。
