You can set up regions when promoting products on Express.

Log in to your Taobao store, enter the seller center, and click on promotion in the marketing center section to enter

On the Express homepage, select the standard promotion plan in the promotion plan to enter

Click on the name of the promotion plan to enter

In the promotion plan, select Set up the delivery region

Select the region to set up, check the province or city to be delivered, and save the settings to complete.

You can only set up the delivery region after creating a promotion plan.
