我是做网店运营的,个人感觉作为店铺运营并没有一个统一的标准和流程,因为不同品牌、不同店铺都有不同的定位,很难说用一个统一的标准去衡量,不过店铺运营可以大致分为几个板块:

1、店铺(品牌)定位

4、人员架构 1、店铺定位非常重要,首先必须非常明确准确的知道自己的定位是什么,很多人不清楚定位具体指什么,举个例子你是做男装的,单价在600-1000,衣服风格是欧美休闲,那么你的定位就是面向中高端喜欢欧美风的消费人群,那你在做策划做推广和一些活动的时候就要标明这一点,向外界传达你欧美风的定位,价格策略上不要意味低价,因为你的人群就不属于低端2、商品规划定价,这一点其实和第一点一个意思,确定自己的定位后,就必须将自己的商品进行划分,可以分为流量款、利润款、形象款,流量款用于各种活动,主推,目的在于引进店铺流量,价格设置可以接近成本价,或者略高于成本价,根据自己资金实力确定。利润款,这个阶层的货品应该占据店铺大部分数量,是主要销售来源和保证店铺利润的基石,这批货品在店铺运营中可以作为重点引导买家注意点,包括客服推荐等等。形象款,是针对具有品牌意识的店家,保证自身品牌定位,而设定的,价格可以偏高,主要面向店铺的老客户销售3、运营规划、策略,这个部分需要店铺运营明确店铺定位和商品规划后制定对应的运营方案和推广方案,包括做什么活动、多久做一次活动、活动内容、形式、宣传文案、广告投放渠道、宣传方式、费用预估、流量预估、流量、成交分析4、人员架构,经过前面几点的分析,对应的人员架构也就比较明了,各个岗位各司其职,以天猫店铺为例,前期团队最低需要5名人员:店铺负责人+1名美工+1名店铺运营+1名店铺推广+1名客服店铺负责人:对整个店铺发展规划、发展方案计划负责,对店铺业绩负责,对人员调整负责美工:对店铺装修负责,对商品界面美化负责,对活动页面美化,视觉营销负责店铺运营:根据负责人发展规划制定店铺具体实施方案,跟进并执行,包括货品分类、活动策划、数据分析店铺推广:根据店铺运营方案,制定对应推广方案,跟进并执行,根据数据反馈结果进行分析对比,优化推广方式客服:负责售前售后,客户信息管理,客户维护,根据买家情况对店铺运营提出更改 建设意见写了一些,希望对你有帮助
