I am a Taobao customer service representative and I work overtime three days a week for up to 13 hours. When I am not working overtime, I work for 9 hours. My lunch time is basically 10-15 minutes. There is no lunch break. Some Taobao buyers will start to spam or even curse if you don’t reply within one second. We receive at least 300 people every day and everyone will fully answer every question they have.
