Process for removing from the abnormal list:

1. Enter Xiechuang.com (formerly China Industrial and Commercial Registration Network).

2. After entering, select the city or province site to which your company belongs.

3. Enter the Industrial and Commercial Enterprise Annual Report System.

4. Enter the guide to remove from the abnormal list.

5. Check the reasons for inclusion in the abnormal list. There are four types of abnormalities. Select the corresponding one.

6. If the annual report for the year of failure to report on time is submitted, the handling methods for other abnormal reasons such as address abnormality are explained above.

7. Download the "Application Form for Enterprise Removal from the Abnormal List of Operations".

8. Bring the "Application Form for Enterprise Removal from the Abnormal List of Operations" and the certification materials for removal from the abnormal list of operations. What certification materials are required are explained above. The materials required for different abnormal reasons are different.

IX. Bring the above materials to the lobby of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to submit the application. Wait for review.

X. The Industrial and Commercial Bureau will make a decision to remove the application within 5 working days after receiving the materials and restore the normal record status. If it is accepted, it shall be verified within 20 working days and the verification result shall be notified to the applicant in writing; if it is not accepted, the reason for not accepting the application shall be notified to the applicant in writing.
