淘宝9月考核必须回复,如果回复慢会影响你的店铺升级
2022.9.1开始考核,9月前都是试运行期,划重点:
1、同时考核旺旺满意度和3分钟人工响应率,1个月为1次考核期,这2个数据在千牛→客服板块都能看到(PC版)
(一)旺旺满意度≥70%(若考核周期内旺旺满意度累计评价数<30个,不参与考核);
(二)3分钟人工响应率≥90%(若考核期周内累计轮次<100条,不参与考核,9:00-23:00期间)。
2、若不达标会除以A类4分扣分每次,天猫或淘宝店都会进行考核。
3、响应率算法:卖家在买家提问后3分钟内人工回复的对话轮次/近30天该时段总对话轮次。
买家账号每说一句话算一轮,如果一个买家跟你说了1000句话,你3分钟内回复1000句,就是100%;
一个月所有问你的加起来1100句,你3分钟内回复1000句话,就是90.9%回复率。
You must reply to Taobao's September assessment. If you reply slowly, it will affect your store upgrade.
The assessment will start on September 1, 2022. The trial operation period is before September. Here are the key points:
1. Both Wangwang satisfaction and 3-minute manual response rate will be assessed at the same time. One month is one assessment period. These two data can be seen in Qianniu → Customer Service Section (PC version)
(i) Wangwang satisfaction ≥ 70% (if the cumulative number of Wangwang satisfaction evaluations during the assessment period is less than 30, it will not participate in the assessment);
(ii) 3-minute manual response rate ≥ 90% (if the cumulative number of rounds during the assessment period is less than 100, it will not participate in the assessment, during 9:00-23:00).
2. If the standard is not met, it will be divided by 4 points of Class A and deducted. Each time, Tmall or Taobao stores will conduct assessments.
3. Response rate algorithm: the number of conversations that the seller manually replies to within 3 minutes after the buyer asks a question/the total number of conversations in the past 30 days.
Each sentence spoken by the buyer's account counts as one round. If a buyer speaks to you 1,000 times and you reply to 1,000 sentences within 3 minutes, it is 100%;
If all the questions asked to you in a month add up to 1,100 sentences, and you reply to 1,000 sentences within 3 minutes, it is a 90.9% response rate.
