The solution is as follows:

①First verify whether the user is exporting in the "Report Submission" module or the "Data Query" module; if it is exported in the "Report Submission", because the exported file is in XML format, the user may be accustomed to opening it directly, so garbled characters will appear. Generally, users will not install XML format software on their computers; in report submission, you can choose to export in Excel format

②If the user wants to export the report for viewing, directly in the "Data Query", find the corresponding report and select the corresponding period, click "Export Excel" format file, and confirm whether the user has installed Microsoft Office software, then you can view it, otherwise the exported Excel format file will appear garbled when opened in other ways.

③Verify whether Thunder is used to export, Thunder will cause the opened report to be garbled, it is recommended to uninstall Thunder and export the report again
