淘宝接单员职责:

2.积极处理售后问题,并以良好的心态及时解决客户提出的问题和要求,提供售后服务并解决一般投诉问题;
3.解答客户在线查询跟踪物流情况;
4.负责公司网上贸易平台的操作管理和产品信息的发布;
5.其他零时安排的任务。
