Application process for online taxi operating license:

For individuals who apply for an "Online Taxi Transport License" with their own vehicles, please follow the following process:

The applicant obtains the "Online Taxi Driver License" → the applicant or the online taxi platform company entrusted by the applicant → applies to the taxi management agency at the place of registration.

Application materials:

1. Application form for "Online Taxi Transport License";

2. "Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate" of the vehicle applied for by the applicant;

3. "Motor Vehicle Driving License" and vehicle technical grade assessment conclusion;

4. Applicant's ID card;

5. "Online Taxi Driver License" and a copy (if the platform company applies on behalf of the applicant, the applicant's power of attorney must be presented);

6. Application form for changing the registration of vehicle use to "Online Taxi Passenger Transport".
