3、负责销售统计及分析工作,按进度做好日报、月报、年报;
4、负责本部门文件的收发工作及部门资料的档案管理工作;
5、负责本部门人员的评估汇总工作;
6、完成本部门的行政事务性工作,为本部人员提供后勤服务;
7、配合运营总监的工作;
8、维护和管理目前已接入的渠道;
9、对数据资料进行监控,完成数据资料的分析和整理。
Job responsibilities of a Sales Operations Assistant:
1. Assist the Sales Manager in collecting, inputting, summarizing and analyzing various types of information;
2. Be responsible for the review of sales orders and issue outbound orders;
3. Be responsible for sales statistics and analysis, and prepare daily, monthly and annual reports according to schedule;
4. Be responsible for the receipt and delivery of department documents and the archive management of department information;
5. Be responsible for the evaluation and summary of department personnel;
6. Complete the administrative work of the department and provide logistics services for the department personnel;
7. Cooperate with the work of the Operations Director;
8. Maintain and manage the currently connected channels;
9. Monitor data and complete the analysis and organization of data.
