1. If the quantity is not large, find a tailor shop in the community or neighborhood, or a roadside tailor who helps people mend clothes, etc., and they will do the processing for you on a piece-rate basis.

2. Go to northern Jiangsu or Anhui to look for it, but there are not many there. The most feasible one is the first one, piece-rate processing.
