1. New users need to register

Log in to the "Jiangsu Government Services" platform, select Suzhou City, find the legal person service - enterprise registration - I want to apply for a license, and select "Suzhou City".

Note: When applying for an online business license for the first time, you must first register as a user, fill in the true and correct applicant identity information, and complete the user identity confirmation.

2. Submit a registration application

After completing user registration and logging in, you need to select the type of business license to be applied for, fill in the corresponding application form, and provide electronic materials such as articles of association, shareholder resolutions, appointment and removal documents, and then submit the registration application.

3. Acceptance, review, and resolution

After the commercial registration authority receives the application submitted by the applicant, if the materials are complete, it can be accepted and a resolution will be made within the prescribed time limit on whether to approve the registration.

4. Receive an electronic business license or electronic registration notice

After the approval and registration work is completed, the applicant will be notified online or by SMS. Applicants can download the electronic business license or electronic registration notice from the online registration system, or apply for a paper business license or paper registration notice from the Industry and Commerce Bureau.

5. Storing electronic files

After completing the above work, the commercial registration authority will retain the electronic commercial registration files, and the electronic files and paper files have the same legal effect.
