电商岗位确实是旺季了加班比较多,反正大促的时候,没几个电商人是不熬夜的,但是不做活动,也有闲的时候。
业务岗嘛,不加班没有业绩没有销售额,和其他支持性的岗位不一样。但是,业务岗是最能学到东西的,涨薪也是最快的。
在几年前,我当时带的几个运营(现在都是公司的中高层),全部是从小白开始培养,他们的时间是这样的:
工作时间:早上9点到晚上6点,
培训时间:晚上6:30到8:30
完成作业时间:8:30—不固定(至少做到晚上11点)
甚至有时候忙起来,到夜里一两点是常事,除了过节放他们几人回家,其余时间几乎无休。
在住宿上也比较简陋,当时公司正处于起步阶段,我给两个男生W和S租的宿舍只有10平方多点,条件真的很艰苦,压力也非常大,这段时间真的是特别苦,也是他们成长最快的时间。
E-commerce positions do have more overtime during the peak season. Anyway, during the big promotion, few e-commerce people don't work late, but if they don't do activities, they will have free time.
For business positions, if you don't work overtime, you won't have performance or sales, which is different from other support positions. However, business positions are the ones where you can learn the most and get the fastest salary increase.
A few years ago, the few operations I led at the time (now all middle and senior management of the company) were all trained from rookies. Their time was like this:
Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm,
Training time: 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Time to complete the work: 8:30 - not fixed (at least until 11 pm)
Sometimes, it is common to work until one or two in the morning when they are busy. Except for the holidays when they go home, they almost have no rest the rest of the time.
The accommodation was also quite simple. At that time, the company was in its infancy. The dormitory I rented for the two boys, W and S, was only a little over 10 square meters. The conditions were really difficult and the pressure was very high. This period was really hard, but it was also the time when they grew the fastest.
