1、月薪3K的是新手,日常的工作,是点,还不是面,整理点数据,做个运营助理之类的事情,还不具备全局意识;
2、月薪5k-8k,基本会三板斧,数据整理,不过大部分很懒,没有做数据积累分析,尤其是历史数据,都是估计,没有;宝宝活动,开开车,有新东西出来赶个时髦,搞点流量等等;
3、月薪10K以上,整体规划,年度计划,月度分解,跟踪进度,产品计划,推广计划,执行等等;最少也要带2-3个人吧,一个人是忙不过来的;
4、月薪3W以上,行业经验5年以上了,熟悉产品,数据,行业,能及时发现问题,善于分析,有多种方案解决问题,保障计划业绩顺利完成;主要是带团队了,最少也有10来个人吧;这样的人不多,而且大部分自己单干了;
1. A 3K monthly salary is for beginners. Their daily work is about details, not the whole. They organize some data and work as an operations assistant. They don’t have a global awareness yet.
2. A 5k-8k monthly salary is for beginners. They can basically do three tricks, such as data organization. However, most of them are lazy and don’t do data accumulation and analysis, especially historical data. They just estimate data and don’t have any other tasks.
3. A 10K monthly salary is for beginners. They can do overall planning, annual plan, monthly analysis, etc. 4. Monthly salary of more than 30,000 yuan, more than 5 years of industry experience, familiar with products, data, industry, able to find problems in time, good at analysis, have multiple solutions to solve problems, and ensure the smooth completion of planned performance; mainly leading a team, at least 10 people; there are not many such people, and most of them work alone; Analyze data As long as you work in the e-commerce industry for one or two years, you will know that we can capture a lot of data. Including the entire industry market data, sub-category data, competitor data, our own data, etc. The difference between good and bad lies in whether you can extract useful information from these data. You can know which data is accurate, which is useless, which is artificially interfered, and which is accidental. And you can summarize and analyze in time and draw conclusions based on the data. Find problems and solve problems Stores will inevitably have problems in operation. When a lot of data is given to you, you must be able to analyze the crux of the problem and give a reasonable solution according to the corresponding situation. Good operations should be able to solve problems when they come to you, while operations that are just playing soy sauce can only throw the problem to the boss~ You must know that the boss is used to make decisions, not fire trucks!
Product layout
The core of our operation is the product. What to sell? When to sell? How to sell? Which to sell first? What strategy to use? How to price? These are all issues that operations need to consider. You must be very clear about the characteristics of each new product and make a reasonable layout according to market conditions. Which styles are used as drainage models? Which are used as profit models? Which are used as activity models? Which have the potential to be explosive models? You must be very clear in your mind, and you must be able to grasp the rhythm and adjust the time of new products to make good product connections. Only in this way can the store be in a healthy state.
Flexible communication
Operation is not just about making a planning plan! It is more necessary to implement the plan. For example, you can communicate with the photographer what style is needed. You can clearly express to the artist the effect you need to achieve. In addition to the marketing plan, you can explain to the customer service team how to implement and guide buyers. You must also follow up on the warehousing and logistics in a timely manner to understand the after-sales problems of the store, and even help them deal with problems they cannot solve. To be an operator, you must not only be able to do things but also be a good person. Only by communicating and coordinating the entire team can the team be combat-ready.
