3、推广部职能:根据流量指标,通过直通车、钻展、活动等手段,提高店铺流量,增强营销效果同时降低费用。 

4、营销部职能:负责项目推广定位和主题策划设计工作,通过自身主题式营销和结合淘宝活动,增强买家的购物体验,同时增强营销效果,提供店铺转化率。 

5、销售部职能:直接面对消费者,以最优的服务态度,利用销售技巧,寻找和满足买家的需求点,并提供良好的售后服务,提供买家良好的顾客体验。 

6、物流部职能:管理库存,安排配货、发货等物流相关事项。
