Qian Liangze, also known as Yuyou and Mu'an. He traveled all over the country and was good at poetry. He wrote "Fuyun Collection". In May of the 27th year of Emperor Kangxi's reign in the Qing Dynasty (1688), he accompanied Minister Soetu on a diplomatic mission to Russia. He passed through Guihua on the way and wrote many poems about mountains, rivers, scenery, folk customs and folkways, all of which were included in "Chusai Jilue". Among them, the poem "Climbing Guihua City to Cool Off and Look at Yinshan Mountain" is as follows:
The lonely city is set off in the distance, and the mountains are beautiful.
The vast wilderness is beautiful.
The sky is high and the road is blocked by the wild geese.
The eternal cold freezes the soldiers' sorrow.
A monster squats on the stone opposite,
The clouds in the chest are shaking and the dragon is awakening.
The setting sun blocks the vastness,
A guest leans on the building alone with his clothes open.
Gao Qizhuo, a Jinshi in the reign of Emperor Kangxi, and the Minister of Works, has a collection of poems called Weihetang. He has a poem called Qingcheng Nostalgia:
Building a city across the mountains and hills,
The gates are opened and the palaces are hundreds of stories high.
After the banquet, the moon is white and thousands of tents are sinking,
The red lights on the six streets are coming back from hunting.
The horses of Jinyuan are about to cross the river at night,
The eagles of Fang are sent to conquer Bohai in autumn.
The fire spreads eastward and the famous places are gone,
It is difficult to ask the monks who come again.
Xu Lan, a native of Changshu in Jiangnan during the Qing Dynasty, has a poem called Out of the Frontier. The great poet Wang Shizhen wrote a preface for his collection. Xu Lan's "Miscellaneous Poems of Guihuacheng" is as follows:
Qilian breathes and communicates with the sky,
and the seasons are different from those of the human world.
The riders behind took off their clothes under the willows in the wind,
and the soldiers in front fell in the snow.
The hair turned white before leaving the Han land,
and the Qin Mountains turned red after the tears.
The horses worked hard and sang songs,
and the princes still wore carved bows.
Liu Tongxun, a Jinshi in the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty, served as the Grand Secretary of the Dongge and the Minister of Military Affairs in the Qianlong period, and wrote "Walking in Guihua City at Night":
The lame donkey with a broken hat rushed into the wind alone,
and the road pointed to the red sunset on Yinshan Mountain.
Travelers do not need to be sad about the northern frontier,
and the territory has already belonged to Liaodong.
Wang Jiamo, with the courtesy name Xianting, was from Yicheng, Hubei. He was a Jinshi in the Gengyin year of the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. His poem "The Towering White Pagoda":
The pagoda is solemn and connects to the giant spirit,
and I climb the ladder alone to look at the empty sky.
The nine-layer gate of the palace is only a foot deep,
The mountains and rivers stretch across thousands of miles and form a painting screen.
I look far and wonder if there are pillars in the sky,
I look up and often see the moon shining through the lattice.
I want to fly away in the wind,
and people say that immortals have entered the Taoist scriptures.
Fan Dayuan, his life is unknown. There used to be a Lama Cave on the Daqing Mountain in the northwest of Hohhot. The cave was on the top of a high mountain, and the mountain was full of lush pines and cypresses. There were many temples under the cave. The Lama Cave was built in the middle of the Ming Dynasty. At its peak, there were 500 Lamas. It has now collapsed. Fan Dayuan has a poem "Lama Cave":
Where are the people in the cave?
I have never seen them since I looked for them.
Where the stone bed is lying high,
It is covered with green moss.

A poem about "Qingcheng Nostalgia" can be: The city is built across the mountains and hills, the gates are opened and the palaces are hundreds of layers.
After the banquet, the white moon sank into the thousands of tents, and the red lights on the six streets came back from hunting.
At night, the river wants to cross the golden source horse, and in autumn, the envoy is on the expedition to Bohai.
The fire spreads eastward and all the famous places are gone, it is hard to ask the monks who come again.
