1、员工原则上应提前三十天、试用期提前三天将书面《辞职报告》交到人事行政部 ,并领取离职手续表。人事行政部对离职员工进行离职面谈, 了解其离职原因并做记录。
2、按照离职手续表办理相关手续:
(1)、离职员工将离职手续表交部门负责人签字。部门主管以上岗位需经总经理签字。
(2)、由离职员工所在部门的助理向离职员工收回工作证,员工手册 ,工作服 ,办公用品,确认上交无误后由助理签字确认 .
(3)、由财务部检查离职员工与公司在财务上是否有拖欠(包括所借款项 ,出差报销 ),如有拖欠当场清还,无拖欠则由财务部在离职手续表上签字确认。
(4)、离职员工在得到离职手续表上所有需要的签名后,人事行政部向员工出具解除或者终止劳动合同的证明。
(5)、人事行政部安排人员到失业保险经办机构办理终止、解除劳动关系备案手续;凭备案审核意见,到社会保险经办机构中止职工社会保险关系;同时封存离职员工的公积金。如离职员工需要转移公积金则由人事行政部根据其所提供的新账户进行转移 ,如需取出则由员工自行办理。
(6)、人事行政部在职工解除劳动关系之日起十五日内,到失业保险经办机构办理失业保险待遇审核手续。
(7)、人事行政部将离职员工的档案重新归档,同时结清工资。
根据《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》规定
第五十条用人单位应当在解除或者终止劳动合同时出具解除或者终止劳动合同的证明,并在十五日内为劳动者办理档案和社会保险关系转移手续。
劳动者应当按照双方约定,办理工作交接。用人单位依照本法有关规定应当向劳动者支付经济补偿的,在办结工作交接时支付。
用人单位对已经解除或者终止的劳动合同的文本,至少保存二年备查。

2. Follow the resignation form to complete the relevant procedures:
(1) The resigning employee will submit the resignation form to the department head for signature. Positions above department head must be signed by the general manager.
(2) The assistant of the department where the resigning employee works will collect the work permit, employee handbook, work clothes, and office supplies from the resigning employee, and confirm that the submission is correct and the assistant will sign for confirmation.
(3) The Finance Department will check whether the resigning employee has any financial arrears with the company (including borrowed money and travel expenses). If there is any arrears, it will be repaid on the spot. If there is no arrears, the Finance Department will sign for confirmation on the resignation form.
(4) After the resigning employee obtains all the required signatures on the resignation form, the Human Resources and Administration Department will issue a certificate of termination or cancellation of the labor contract to the employee.
(5) The Human Resources and Administration Department will arrange for personnel to go to the unemployment insurance agency to handle the termination and cancellation of labor relations filing procedures; based on the filing review opinion, the employee's social insurance relationship will be terminated at the social insurance agency; and the provident fund of the resigned employee will be sealed. If the resigned employee needs to transfer the provident fund, the Human Resources and Administration Department will transfer it according to the new account provided by it. If it needs to be withdrawn, the employee will handle it by himself.
(6) Within 15 days from the date of the employee's termination of the labor relationship, the Human Resources and Administration Department will go to the unemployment insurance agency to handle the unemployment insurance benefits review procedures.
(7) The Human Resources and Administration Department will re-file the files of the resigned employees and settle their wages at the same time.
According to the provisions of the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China,
Article 50: The employer shall issue a certificate of termination or termination of the labor contract when terminating or canceling the labor contract, and handle the transfer procedures of the files and social insurance relations for the employee within 15 days.
The employee shall handle the work handover in accordance with the agreement between the two parties. If the employer should pay economic compensation to the employee in accordance with the relevant provisions of this law, it shall pay it when the work handover is completed.
The employer shall keep the text of the labor contract that has been terminated or canceled for at least two years for reference.
