The deduction and penalty rules are as follows:

12 points ≤ total deduction points, warning penalty

24 points ≤ total deduction points, 7 days of limitation

36 points ≤ total deduction points, 15 days of limitation

48 points ≤ total deduction points, 30 days of limitation

60 points ≤ total deduction points, permanent account closure

And there are many types of deductions

1. The same user is first found guilty of the same intellectual property complaint, 4 points will be deducted;

2. The same user is again found guilty of the same intellectual property complaint, which is regarded as repeated infringement, and 8 points will be deducted each time. However, if the time of the second complaint is within 5 days (including 5 days) from the date of the last complaint, no points will be deducted.

12-24 points (inclusive) warning

24-36 points (inclusive) 7 days restriction

36-48 points (inclusive) 15 days restriction

48-60 points (inclusive) 30 days restriction

60 points or above, account closed

Handling of serious infringement

First complaint established, warning

Second complaint established, 7 days restriction

Third complaint established, 15 days restriction

Fourth complaint established, account closed

If the same user is found guilty of serious infringement of the same intellectual property three times in total, the account will be closed directly.
