There are many interview skills. I will summarize my own successful interview experience:
1. About appearance: If you are a girl, you must wear light makeup and dress appropriately to enhance your confidence. For boys, just dress neatly and tidy. Don't wear white socks with black pants or leather shoes. It doesn't matter if you are not beautiful or handsome. You can have your own temperament and style. Everyone likes people who are neat and tidy and show a good appearance, and the interviewer is no exception.
2. Be well prepared before the interview. Before the interview, you should understand some information about the company you are applying for: including the company's scale, the company's annual export sales, the company's office address, the company's products, and have a general understanding; in addition, list the questions you want to ask the company on a piece of paper, such as the company's system, the company's work process, the company's leadership and employee status, if the company is a trading company, the cooperation between the company and the factory, how the company purchases, the company's shipping process, the company's commission system, the company's vacation system, the company's welfare benefits, the company's development direction and development goals in recent years, and the company's expectations and requirements for new applicants. . . . Be aware of what you are doing and bring your resume with you to the interview.
3. During the interview: Be polite and confident. A simple self-introduction is indispensable, including Chinese and English. Be sure to rehearse it in advance. In addition, you must know the knowledge of foreign trade, whether it is written or obtained from practice, and memorize it. Remember: life needs a rehearsal for graduation. Be prepared in advance, and only by being prepared can you have a chance to succeed. When communicating with the interviewer, you must be flexible, don't be led by him by the nose, be good at expressing your own opinions, and ask the questions you listed at the right time, don't copy and paste, and speak in a gentle tone and at the right time. Add necessary gestures or body language when speaking, especially for foreigners, you must use rich body language. Remember: an interview is not a one-way, but a two-way choice. You must strive to get the information you want in this short time, and don't be afraid of making mistakes.
4. At the end of the interview: stand up, nod, smile and say goodbye, and go out and close the door gently. If you need to notify the next person, you must remember to notify him. Be cautious, careful, and confident! You are the best! My personal interview experience is generally effective, because 95% of the foreign trade salesmen I interviewed passed, so most of the choices are in your hands, and you have a better chance of choosing a good job unit.
