第一步:可以进入到【退款售后管理】-选择【退货(已发货)】:
第二步:买家发起退款后卖家有5天的时间来根据交易的状况选择同意或者拒绝买家的退货申请;如果拒绝给买家退货,直接点击“拒绝退款申请”,如果同意,点击“确认退款申请”;逾期卖家未进行响应的,系统默认卖家同意退款,给出退货地址。若卖家同意给买家退货,点击“同意退款申请”后,需要确认退货的地址是否正确,如果需要修改,点击“管理我的收货地址”即可进行设置。同时需要留言给买家,提醒买家退货的注意事项。

Step 2: After the buyer initiates a refund, the seller has 5 days to choose to agree or refuse the buyer's return application based on the status of the transaction; if you refuse to return the buyer, just click "Reject Refund Application"; if you agree, click "Confirm Refund Application"; if the seller does not respond after the deadline, the system assumes that the seller agrees to the refund and gives the return address. If the seller agrees to return the buyer, after clicking "Agree to Refund Application", you need to confirm whether the return address is correct. If you need to modify it, click "Manage My Delivery Address" to set it. At the same time, you need to leave a message to the buyer to remind the buyer of the matters needing attention for return.
