1、在【我的阿里】中进入【买家交易管理】服务,点击【已买到的货品】找到需要申请退款的交易订单,点击后面的【申请退款】链接;

2、选择要退款的产品,在新打开窗口中勾选需要退款的货品;

3、填写退款协议,选择【货品状态】为【已发货】货品,勾选其中需要申请退款的货品后,选择退款原因为“已收到全部(或部分)货品”或者“没收到货品”,再填写详细的退款协议;

需要注意:当交易状态为【等待卖家确认收货】时,买家对【已发货】货品申请退款,退款协议中的【需要退款的货品金额】是可以修改的,但不能超过退款货品的交易金额。【需要退款的运费金额】买家可自行填写,但也不能超过该交易订单尚未退款的运费。
4、填写好退款协议后,买家输入绑定的支付宝账户支付密码,点击【立即申请退款】按钮,就会生成一笔退款单,退款状态为 “退款协议等待卖家确认中”。
5、阿里巴巴卖家同意退款协议后,买家就可以根据卖家提供的退货地址将货品发回给卖家,并在【我的阿里】里提交退货信息,以便卖家及时查收。具体操作如下:
在【我的阿里】中找到【交易管理】应用,找到已退货的订单,点击【提交退货凭证,声明已退货】按钮,填写退货信息后,退款状态即更新为“买家已发货,等待卖家确认收货”。
在售中或者售后如果有卖家不让退货的情况,可以参考下面的办法进行处理:
1、售中:申请退款后,卖家拒绝了退款协议,如果你和卖家不再协商,建议你不要修改退款协议,等待投诉倒计时结束后即可发起投诉;或者如果卖家一直不处理,等到退款协议超时后,你也可以发起投诉;
2、售后:你申请了售后,卖家拒绝售后协议,你和卖家不再协商,建议同样不要修改售后协议,等投诉倒计时结束后即可发起投诉;若卖家一直不处理,则等到售后协议超时,即可发起投诉。

3. Fill in the refund agreement, select [Goods Status] as [Shipped] goods, check the goods that need to be refunded, select the refund reason as "All (or part) of the goods have been received" or "Goods have not been received", and then fill in the detailed refund agreement;

Note: When the transaction status is [Waiting for the seller to confirm receipt], the buyer applies for a refund for the [Shipped] goods, and the [Goods Amount to be Refunded] in the refund agreement can be modified, but it cannot exceed the transaction amount of the refunded goods. The buyer can fill in the [Amount of shipping fee to be refunded] by himself, but it cannot exceed the shipping fee that has not been refunded for the transaction order.
4. After filling in the refund agreement, the buyer enters the payment password of the bound Alipay account and clicks the [Apply for refund now] button, and a refund order will be generated. The refund status is "Refund agreement is waiting for seller confirmation".
5. After the Alibaba seller agrees to the refund agreement, the buyer can send the goods back to the seller according to the return address provided by the seller, and submit the return information in [My Alibaba] so that the seller can check it in time. The specific operation is as follows:
Find the [Transaction Management] application in [My Alibaba], find the returned order, click the [Submit return voucher, declare that the goods have been returned] button, fill in the return information, and the refund status will be updated to "The buyer has shipped the goods, waiting for the seller to confirm receipt".
If the seller does not allow returns during or after the sale, you can refer to the following methods to handle it:
1. During the sale: After applying for a refund, the seller refuses the refund agreement. If you and the seller are no longer negotiating, it is recommended that you do not modify the refund agreement and wait until the complaint countdown ends before filing a complaint; or if the seller does not handle it, you can also file a complaint after the refund agreement times out;
2. After-sales: You applied for after-sales service, the seller refuses the after-sales agreement, and you and the seller are no longer negotiating. It is also recommended that you do not modify the after-sales agreement and wait until the complaint countdown ends before filing a complaint; if the seller does not handle it, wait until the after-sales agreement times out before filing a complaint.
