2. Price increase: only N times the price increase (Ngt=1 and an integer);

3. The first bidder may not bid again when his first bid is ahead, but may bid again after the second bidder bids, and then may continue to bid;

4. There is no limit to the number of bids, and you can bid during the auction. You do not need to have money in your account when bidding;

5. During the auction, if no one else bids for a long time after the bidding, the auction will not end early unless the court suspends or withdraws the auction.
