Wu Wei, female, is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Alibaba Group and concurrently serves as the head of the Group's Strategic Investment Department.

Ms. Wu Wei was an audit partner at KPMG Huazhen Accounting Firm's Beijing branch. During her 15 years at KPMG, Ms. Wu was the chief audit partner, providing initial public offering audits and annual audits for many overseas-listed Chinese companies, and providing audit, accounting and consulting services to many multinational companies.

In July 2007, Wu Wei joined Alibaba Group as Chief Financial Officer.

In October 2011, she became the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Alibaba Group.

In May 2014, she became the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Alibaba Group.

In the 2015 Forbes list of the 50 most powerful women in business in Asia, she ranked 8th.

In September 2016, Wu Wei ranked 32nd among Fortune's 50 most influential women in the world.

On October 10, 2019, the 2019 Hurun Rich List was announced, and Wu Wei ranked 1,274th with a wealth of RMB 3.1 billion.

On December 13, 2019, Wu Wei was selected as one of the most influential women in the world in 2019.

On January 19, 2021, Wu Wei ranked 23rd on the 2021 Hurun China Professional Managers List with a wealth of RMB 7.5 billion.

In June 2019, he served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Alibaba Group and concurrently served as the head of the Group's Strategic Investment Department.

In October 2019, he no longer served as a director of Beijing Alibaba Music Technology Co., Ltd.

In August 2020, Ant Technology Group Co., Ltd. underwent industrial and commercial changes, and Wu Wei and three others withdrew from the board of directors
