手机阿里巴巴退款流程:
1.打开阿里巴巴,选择买到的货品,申请退款;
2.进入到退款页面,把打*号的信息都填进去,输入支付宝密码,点立即申请退款;
3.可以在已买到的货品——退款管理中查看退款的情况;
4.卖家确认退款,退款协议达成后,可以点击退货给卖家。如果不需要退货,钱就会退回账号,退款全成;
5.如果需要退货,退完货后,提交退货凭证;
6.把快递和退货运单号填好,选择确认。
7.买家收到货之后,钱就会打到账户。显示退款成功;
8.如果买家不同意退货,或者不处理退货。我们可以在四天时间后,申请客服介入;
9.填好手机和邮箱,上传凭证后,就可以等待客服来处理。客服五天内会跟双方联系,协商处理。
Refund process on Alibaba mobile:

9. After filling in the mobile phone and email address and uploading the credentials, you can wait for customer service to handle it. Customer service will contact both parties within five days to negotiate a solution.
