2 月 27 日消息,海南国际旅游岛先行试验区与阿里巴巴集团正式签署战略合作协议:规划总投资 50 亿元,在试验区建中国首个基于云计算和大数据的数字互联网城市。这也将是智能化的“未来城市”的雏形。
据了解,海南将依托阿里巴巴的技术为政府、企业、居民、游客提供数字化、智能化、个性化终端服务,搭建集电子政务、城市管理、公共服务等为一体的信息化平台。
此外,阿里巴巴数字娱乐和游戏产业总部基地将落户试验区,将在试验区打造艺术街区,提供国内外优秀文化创意、演艺文化产品创作、展示与交易平台。淘宝大学海南分院也将落户试验区,为互联网经济提供人才支撑。

The Hainan branch of Taobao University will also be located in the pilot zone to provide talent support for the Internet economy.
