3. All Alipay accounts need to be zero, including account balance, Yu’ebao, and other Alipay financial management;

4. If the user has activated Jiebei or Huabei services and they have not expired, the account cannot be closed;

5. If the user currently has activated direct debit services, such as Ele.me, Fliggy, subways and buses, the account cannot be closed.

Generally, when users cancel their accounts, if they cannot cancel their accounts, the corresponding page will prompt the specific reasons why they cannot cancel their accounts. Users can solve the problems one by one according to the prompts before canceling their Alipay accounts.

How to cancel the bound Alipay and mobile phone number

If users want to unbind their mobile phone number currently bound to Alipay, they can do so through Alipay's manual customer service. Alipay currently does not support automatic unbinding, and can only be unbinded through the client. After the user logs in to Alipay, enter the manual customer service page, directly enter the mobile phone number in the dialog box to unbind, and follow the system prompts to successfully unbind.
