3月17日,由上汽集团、张江高科和阿里巴巴共同打造的智己汽车首次向外界透露了其首创的用户权益平台CSOP(Customer Share Option Plan)核心运营链路。
在CSOP用户权益平台中,智己汽车拿出创始轮100亿投资中的4.9%股权收益作为背书,发行3亿枚 “原石”映射该部分股权对应的资产收益与红利,应用包括区块链在内的一系列前沿科技,以数据权益的方式回馈用户,认可用户的贡献与价值。
智己汽车表示,未来在企业发展的特定时间会根据用户持有的原石数量,以约定的规则和方式,将该部分股权收益对价反馈给用户。用户获得原石后,不仅可用于产品的软硬件迭代,更可共享企业升值的红利。
据了解,智己汽车设计出“水晶”、“原石”等介质,建立起完整的“数据养成”式获取原石的链路。“水晶”即积分,用户可通过参与APP上的互动任务、官方组织的共创活动或开通使用特定功能来获取;“原石”对应数据权益,购车用户使用一定数量的水晶即可抽取原石,或通过车辆使用产生的数据来获取。用户获得原石的机会与其数据价值的大小直接关联,车辆使用得越早、开得越多,获取原石的机会和数量就会越大。
智己汽车称,CSOP用户权益平台以非营利性的模式运营,每年预计投放的原石数量、获得原石的算法和几率,都会定期对外公布;原石获取结果也将被上链存证,确保其公正可信。
此外,为保证用户数据和权益的安全,智己汽车自研专属的区块链平台,让原石的流转过程记录在链,使其可追溯、不能被篡改,以确保每一位用户均会公正的获取数据权威。

In the CSOP user rights platform, Zhiji Auto used 4.9% of the equity income from the founding round of 10 billion investment as endorsement, issued 300 million "rough stones" to map the asset income and dividends corresponding to this part of the equity, and applied a series of cutting-edge technologies including blockchain to give back to users in the form of data rights and recognize the user's contribution and value.
Zhiji Auto said that in the future, at a specific time in the development of the company, it will feed back the consideration of this part of the equity income to the user according to the agreed rules and methods based on the number of rough stones held by the user. After the user obtains the rough stone, it can not only be used for the software and hardware iteration of the product, but also share the dividends of the company's appreciation.
It is understood that Zhiji Auto has designed media such as "crystal" and "rough stone" to establish a complete "data cultivation" link for obtaining rough stones. "Crystals" refer to points, which users can obtain by participating in interactive tasks on the APP, co-creation activities organized by the official organization, or by activating and using specific functions; "Raw stones" correspond to data rights and interests. Car buyers can draw raw stones by using a certain number of crystals, or obtain them through data generated by vehicle use. The user's chance of obtaining raw stones is directly related to the value of their data. The earlier the vehicle is used and the more it is driven, the greater the chance and quantity of obtaining raw stones.
Zhiji Auto said that the CSOP user rights platform operates in a non-profit model. The number of raw stones expected to be released each year, the algorithm and probability of obtaining raw stones will be announced to the public on a regular basis; the results of obtaining raw stones will also be stored on the chain to ensure its fairness and credibility.
In addition, to ensure the security of user data and rights and interests, Zhiji Auto has developed its own exclusive blockchain platform to record the circulation process of raw stones on the chain, making it traceable and cannot be tampered with, to ensure that every user will obtain data authority fairly.
