操作如下:
1、买家在旺旺与商家联系,向商家说明订单上的货没有收到,但物流信息显示货已被签收了;并要求商家联系快递,查货物被签收的原因。
2、买家要求商家把订单的收货时间延长。
3、买家以收货人的身份打电话给快递公司客服,报上快递单号,说明此快递单号的货收货人并没有收到但物流信息显示此货物已被签收,强烈要求快递公司尽快查实货物被签收的原因。
4、等商家与快递的回复,大约是1到3天左右,商家和快递会给买家的答复。
5、货物若是被他人签收了,快递公司会把货物追回,再派送给买家;若货物追不回,快递公司向买家赔偿或者是快递公司向商家赔偿,然后商家退款给买家。

If the goods are signed for by someone else, the courier company will retrieve the goods and then deliver them to the buyer; if the goods cannot be retrieved, the courier company will compensate the buyer or the courier company will compensate the merchant, and then the merchant will refund the buyer.
