1.1 All returned goods are checked for quantity according to the express receipt, and signed for confirmation after verification.

1.2 Check whether the express item is damaged when signing for it. If it is damaged, the details of the goods should be counted in person with the courier of the courier company. If there is a shortage, discuss and negotiate compensation on the spot.

1.3 After signing for the goods, unpack them and check whether they are consistent with the actual returned goods according to the customer's return slip. If it is a quality problem, it will be handed over to the quality inspector for review.

2. Inspection of returned goods

2.1 The quality inspector conducts quality inspection based on the goods that the unpacker initially verifies as having quality problems.

2.2 During the inspection process, different quality problems are classified, such as: disconnection, missing buckles, damage, oil, dirt. Repairable goods should be maintained on the same day, and unrepairable goods should be returned to the manufacturer or company headquarters in a timely manner.

2.3 The returned goods should be inspected and completed on the same day, so as not to cause the goods to be stranded and backlogged.

2.4 After the return arrival list is inspected and the reasons are marked in detail, the list will be handed over to the data group input personnel for system entry.

2.5 The data group input personnel will enter the return arrival list into the system according to the return arrival list.

2.6 The data group input personnel will save the return orders by date and by different platforms.

2.7 The inspection personnel will make statistical reports based on the inspection capacity of the day, and indicate various reasons for returns, and submit them to the department manager for approval.

3. Handling of qualified and defective returned goods

3.1 After inspection, qualified products should be handed over to the warehouse management group on the same day.

3.2 Qualified products need to be repackaged and labeled, and meet the sales standards.

3.3 Defective products that cannot be repaired should be clearly marked with the reasons for the defects and returned to the manufacturer or company headquarters in a timely manner.
