百年阿里培训,简称“百阿培训”,是阿里新员工入职试用期内必须参加的一场为期10天的新人培训。在这10天的时间里,新人要参加素质拓展和定向活动,增加彼此互相了解,增强凝聚力和团队意识;在认识公司和业务环节,不是单纯的讲解,而是让新人自由组队,对感兴趣的业务和部门进行探索采访,然后再进行宣讲PK。再后面的课程,就是阿里文化和价值观的灌输。
BaiA training, referred to as "BaiA training", is a 10-day training that new employees of Ali must attend during their probation period.
