BaiA training, referred to as "BaiA training", is a 10-day training that new employees of Ali must attend during their probation period. During these 10 days, new employees must participate in quality development and orientation activities to increase mutual understanding, enhance cohesion and team awareness; in the process of understanding the company and business, it is not a simple explanation, but to let new employees form teams freely, explore and interview the business and departments they are interested in, and then conduct a presentation PK. The subsequent courses are the inculcation of Ali culture and values.
