联销指供应商提供商品在商店指定区域设立品牌专柜由百货店营业员及供应商的销售人员共同负责销售。在商品尚未售出的情况下,该商品仍属供应商所有,百货店不承担该商品的跌价损失及其他风险。供应商按售价扣除与百货店约定的分成比例后开具发票给百货店,百货店在商品售出后按企业会计准则的规定通过商品进销差价核算结转毛利。一、联销员主要工作内容如下:

1、负责卖场商品的美观陈列;

2、负责卖场所辖区域的卫生清洁,引导顾客遵守卖场公共秩序;

3、负责卖场商品的物价标识维护和更换;

4、负责对卖场商品的品质检查,控制商品在保质内。在保质期超出后1/3的商品要以书面形式上报给卖场经理,再由卖场经理以同样的方式报告给采购及时作出处理;

5、负责所管辖柜组内商品的订货、退货、换货工作,保修工作;

6、负责对柜组内商品中不合格品、报损商品、残次品的书面形式的登记;

7、熟悉相关产品知识,提供顾客产品咨询和相关服务;

8、负责货架排面整理,要货、补货、防损控制等工作;

9、配合公司定期与不定期的盘点工作;

10、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

二、联销员岗位主要要求如下:

1、高中以上学历;

2、能适应早晚倒班,热爱零售事业有超市零售经验或应届毕业生优先。

3、具有较强的沟通能力及服务意识,吃苦耐劳;

4、性别不限,年龄22-35岁,身体健康。
