1. Must be a member of TrustPass;

2. Hold a business license that has completed the most recent annual inspection, with the business scope in the field of consumer goods, and the business activities to be carried out in the wholesale center do not exceed the business scope approved by its business license;

3. Suppliers should be production and processing enterprises; non-production and processing enterprises (such as wholesalers, distributors) that sell branded products should own the brand or obtain authorization from the brand holder;

4. Already bound to a real-name authenticated Alipay account---apply for Alipay and real-name authentication;

5. No record of bad behavior (including but not limited to intellectual property complaints, trade disputes, etc.); can provide certification materials that meet Alibaba's requirements;

6. Product satisfaction rate ≥98%.
