If Alibaba does not have a tracking number, you can take the following steps:

Enter the Alibaba seller backend, find Logistics Management in the left menu bar, and click Logistics Tools.

Click Logistics Tracking Service, then click Add a New Cooperative Logistics Company, find your own cooperative logistics and add it according to the page prompts.

Return to the Logistics Tracking Service page, find the corresponding logistics company, and click to view details.

Fill in the corresponding delivery order number of the logistics company on the pop-up page, and click Save to successfully ship.

Please note that different logistics companies may have different operating methods. It is recommended to read the relevant regulations of the logistics company carefully.
