中建三局社招的面试经验如下:
一共3套题目:心理测试、行测和视频答题。视频答题根据题干录三个2分钟以内的回需要开摄像头,建议提前整理仪容,并调整好角度和光线。
【初面】不知道是不是因为硕士火箭军计划,没有参加群面,直接第一轮就是1对2,一个HR面两个人,大概20分钟。先是1分钟自我介绍,然后根据各自的简历有针对性的问问题。本人专业及经历和岗位比较匹配,没有怎么准备也进入了下一轮。全程QQ群通知,HR效率很高,当晚出结果,并通知过几天终面。HR还在群里说明了选拔标准是“匹配度”而不是学历等,感觉比较负责,能够聪面试中学习到挺多的。
【终面】视频1对2,围绕岗位认知、个人匹配度和发展方向进行提问。HR比较随和,并且感觉很专业,终面类似沟通交流,面试期间还会穿插一些物业办块的业务介绍。终面非定岗,也没有谈薪。谈薪是确定通过才会有。【结果通知】前两天收到感谢信,意思是未通过面试。个人感觉素质和岗位还是比较匹配的,感觉不过的原因可能有三个:
一是缺少地产实习和实践的经历;
二是交表填的薪酬比较高,这个不敢确定,我也不太了解;
三是意向城市不匹配,我希望在一线城市,HR有询问去小城市是否愿意,我回答偏向否定。
【整体感受】对HR的效率比较满意,虽然最后没有过有点遗憾,但整体感受比较好。
1. 对比我以前面试经历,感觉HR团队专业度和执行力很高,整个过程很有交代,并且能够及时告知结果。虽然没有通过,但是一次很宝贵的经历。
2. 岗位匹配度的重要性,当天面试很多海外名校留学生也被刷了,感觉比较意外,但是HR也说明了按照匹配度进行招聘,算是给大家一个提醒。

There may be three reasons for not passing:

Third, the intended city does not match. I hope to be in a first-tier city. HR asked if I would like to go to a small city, and I answered negatively.
[Overall feeling] I am quite satisfied with the efficiency of HR. Although I feel a little regretful that I did not pass in the end, the overall feeling is relatively good.
1. Compared with my previous interview experience, I feel that the HR team is very professional and has high execution ability. The whole process is very explained, and the results can be informed in time. Although I did not pass, it was a very valuable experience.
