阿里巴巴官方解释,其净利润下滑主要原因为公司在Lazada、淘特、饿了么、等增长业务上增加了投入,增加了用户增长的费用,并实施了激励商家的举措。下降的利润主要来自于商誉减值的251.41亿元,以及变动的股权投资公允价值。
与此同时,就阿里巴巴集团自身的角度而言,大部分的业务模块都处在亏损的状态,菜鸟、本地生活等在经过调整EBITA后都在亏损,仅有云服务和中国境内的商业等业务仍处于盈利状态。
Alibaba officially explained that the main reason for the decline in its net profit was that the company increased investment in growth businesses such as Lazada, Taobao, and Ele.me, increased user growth costs, and implemented measures to incentivize merchants. The decline in profits mainly came from the 25.141 billion yuan impairment of goodwill and the change in the fair value of equity investments.
At the same time, from the perspective of Alibaba Group itself, most of its business modules are in a loss-making state. Cainiao, local life, etc. are all losing money after adjusting EBITA. Only cloud services and commercial businesses in China are still profitable.
